So we're headed to a "crawfish boil" w/ the hubs' family tomorrow afternoon. I've never been to one of these things before and didn't even know what a crawfish really was until earlier today when the powers of Google edumacated me on the who/what/where/how/why of the little buggers.
Despite all my research and several videos, I'm still pretty sure I'm gonna get schooled by my hubs' 6yr-old cousin tomorrow trying to eat these things.

Have fun! Eat plenty of potatoes and corn with your mud bugs but if you choose to suck the juices out of the heads please don't describe it for me. 4 years of crawfish eating and I still can't manage to do that.
Ya, the head-sucking was a bit much for me! But the tail-pinching was great and it was an awesome party! Pics to come!
