"Back in the day, people with tuberculosis had to live in TB camps. But they don't have those anymore."
"No, our medicine is better now."
"Yeah, but they also had camps for people with lepsy."
"Leprosy?"
"No. LEPSY."
"Oh. Ok. That must be a disease I've never heard of..."
