Or so the saying goes with crawfish.
Also known as crawdads or crayfish, these little guys are not only tasty but fun to eat! The hub's cousins hosted their 9th Annual Crawfish Boil last weekend and it was a hoot! We'd never eaten crawfish before so it was quite a learning experience but one I'd recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back next year for sure.

Cousin shows Hubs how it's done - you really do pinch the tail to pull it apart but sucking the juices out of the head is optional. Neither of us could quite bring ourselves to try it... maybe next year?
